A secure HIPAA - GDPR Server is billed per hour. The pricing pages show estimated pricing based on 720 hours per month.
2: How do I choose between monthly and hourly billing?
There is no difference between monthly and hourly billing. All secure HIPAA - GDPR server hosting plans are billed hourly. We have estimated that each month has about 720 hours (30 days).
3: Am I charged while my secure HIPAA - GDPR server is in a powered-off state?
Yes. Your disk space, CPU, RAM, and IP address are all reserved while your HIPAA - GDPR server is powered off.
4: Do I have to pay the cost of the secure HIPAA - GDPR server every time I create a new one?
No — you only need to pay for 1 hour of usage. Spinning up a new secure HIPAA - GDPR server to test something for a couple of minutes will only cost you the hourly charge.
5: What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
6: Am I charged when I enter a credit card?
Yes — when you enter a card, we charge $6. The charge is credited directly to your account and used as part of our validation process. Any remaining balance is paid at the end of the billing cycle.
7: How do I cancel my account?
Please open a support ticket, and we will cancel immediately.
8: Do you offer refunds?
Please open up a ticket with us. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we will issue a refund.
